April Fool's Day

Trying to suprise homeschooled children is very difficult because they are around quite a bit. I made this April Fool's Day "lunch" in my bedroom. Tricky business! The fishsticks are cookies covered in peanut butter and rolled in corn flake crumbs. The peas are green pieces of AirHead candy rolled into balls....my fingers will never be the same again! The ketchup is jam and the drink is jello. Try making jello in your bedroom...in between running classes....and answering the door! The kids enjoyed it but I probably had the most fun sneaking around all morning.
