How hard could it be to change the color of your house? I mean, it's just two of us deciding and there is only 2-3 colors on a house after all!A month later I'm bleary eyed and sick of looking at paint colors. I have become so focused on the color of houses that I found myself stopping a suspense movie just to ask "What color is that house?"
I have found that my husband likes strange colors. We finally got to the point of "I don't care what color the house is!" After that point we were able to choose a color scheme--actually 2--a first and second choice. Relief. Joy. Quick, send it in to be approved by our neighborhood association!
The painter is lined up and we're good to go as soon as the paint colors come back approved. Easy, right? Except now we're having nightmares about what it's actually going to look like when it's done.... How hard could this be? Choosing the color is only the beginning.
