This is a geodesic dome we made from newspaper after watching a show on domes. It turned into a fun playhut when they covered the outside with newspapers but still, the most fun came with the making of it. G was in charge of it but X was an incredible help. It was fun to see all those triangles taking shape and turning into something cool looking. It gave us quite a sense of accomplishment! You can find the pattern to make this on the FamilyFun website.

Your blog is great!! I want to do everything you have here but in reality this geodesic dome is awesome.
ReplyDeleteWe've never talked much about the specifics of what you do in homeschool and I have to say I am impressed with your knowledge level to be able to teach such great things to your kids. You're being a great example to your children of lifelong learning.
